Shipping Policy

• Domestic (India): Free shipping on all orders. Ready-to-ship items dispatch in 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–5 days (metros), 4–7 days (non-metros), or 5–8 days (remote areas).
• International: Free shipping on orders meeting the minimum order value threshold; otherwise, shipping rates calculate at checkout. Delivery takes 10–15 business days. Customers are responsible for local customs and import duties.
• Tracking & Delivery: Tracking details are sent via email/WhatsApp upon dispatch. Reject packages that appear damaged or tampered with. Re-shipping fees apply if delivery fails due to an incorrect address or refusal.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items damaged in transit or incorrect items delivered. Natural stone/craftsmanship variations and screen display differences are not considered defects.
• Requirements: Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide your order number, photos of the package and product, and a mandatory continuous, unedited unboxing video from package opening to product reveal.
• Conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days only if a replacement item is unavailable.
• Cancellations: Permitted only before the order has been dispatched.
