From the moment your order leaves our studio until it reaches your hands, every shipment is handled with care, securely packed and fully insured, reflecting our commitment to quality, craftsmanship and customer satisfaction

Shipping

• India: Complimentary shipping on all orders. Ready-to-ship items dispatch in 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days for metros and 6-8 business days for non-metro and remote locations.
• International: International checkout and shipping are coming soon and are not currently available. Once enabled, complimentary shipping will apply to orders above ₹25,000. Rates below this amount and supported destinations will be shared at launch.
• Tracking: Tracking details are sent by email and/or WhatsApp after dispatch. Please do not accept a package that appears damaged or tampered with.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

• Eligible claims: Missing, defective, transit-damaged or incorrect items. Natural stone/craftsmanship variations and screen display differences are not defects.
• Evidence: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, packaging/product photos and a mandatory continuous, uncut and unedited unboxing video, recorded from sealed-package opening until all contents are visible. Our team will validate the evidence and offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.
• Return condition: Items must be unused and unworn, with original tags and packaging.
• Refund timing: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Cancellations: Within 24 hours of order placement or before shipment, whichever is earlier. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.
• Marked delivered but not received: Contact support@houseofdamaya.com or WhatsApp +91 96533 41008. We will investigate with the courier and take responsibility for resolving a parcel confirmed lost or undelivered.
